In the Site, Good for Her Soul provides users with access to sales of products and services online. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Good for Her Soul and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Good for Her Soul has been advised of the possibility of such damages) , resulting from use of the Site, content or any related services.
The Site contains links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that Good for Her Soul is not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third party websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
Good for Her Soul does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the site, or the products offered therein, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Good for Her Soul does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from your use of the site, or the products offered therein, will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time Good for Her Soul may remove all or some of the products offered on the Site for indefinite periods of time.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and all products delivered to you through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon retrieval of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
