Karen Thrall is a business coach working alongside leaders and organizations since 2003. She also accredits her prior 8 years of volunteer work with not-for-profit sectors, and the extensive training and mentorship she received, as a pivotal launching point to her career. Karen’s expertise is in private coaching, business development, operational restructuring, best practice solutions, and leadership and team training. Karen’s passion is to coach leaders and teams in small and medium size businesses in order to help their companies grow and increase their revenue and profits. Karen’s commitment is in helping create healthy change that will bring organizations to the next level of growth; and for leaders and teams to thrive in their roles, have a powerful impact on their environment and be influential in making the world a better place. Karen resides in San Diego, has two adult children whom she adores and is an avid golfer.
